Turok Production provides web design and development for businesses. Scope, price, and timeline are agreed in writing before work starts.

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment is typically 50% before start and 50% before publish, as stated in the project proposal. Work begins after agreement and the deposit.

You confirm you have rights to text, images, and logos you supply. You are responsible for accuracy of business information on the site.

Upon full payment, you receive rights to use the delivered website as agreed in the proposal. Turok Production may show the work in portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

The site is provided as agreed in scope. To the extent permitted by Estonian law, liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project. We are not liable for indirect loss or third-party outages.

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in Harju County courts unless mandatory consumer rules apply.
